31st October 2010..... Pizza Hut...

Well... what is so great about 31st October? Well... out it this way... it was a pretty good day till dinner... omg...!! I really wanted to strangle the the staff at Pizza Hut. They were so incompetent...!! Well.. my bf and friend enter the shop for dinner. We sat ourselves down (at a dirty table) We called for the staff to clean it up, no one came... it was well... frustrating...! After being so annoyed and well I lost my patients, I went to the counter to asked the manager or the person in charge to clean up the table and take our order (he was ever bz entertaining customers for their bill).Well my bf had wanted to try the 6 cheese pizza... Put it this way... We sat at the table for about 20 minutes (no one came to our table to clean up and to take our order). Pretty sad...

Once the manager came... well it was easy, we ordered and he took it and place it at the counter. See... it was fast and easy! Nothing to it. We're not very difficult customers...

Even our little button to call for orders and etc... does not WORK...!! We kept pressing, nothing shows on the screen... and it was frustrating! We had to press the table behind us... and well even pressing it.. nothing happened! NO staff came to serve us at all! That is so sad...! The management really has to buck up on their service and their training as well!

Well... the soiled plates from previous customer from our table... well they didn't take it to the kitchen right away... they just left it at another table... it was left there for 45 minutes...!! Well... not from the time we reached there of course, it was way after we had ordered... sad... imagine... 45 mins plus 20 mins... so.. 1 hour and 5mins... it has been left at other table... How do other customers would want to seat and order. I thought they were good... but that was a very long time ago... sigh...

The soup was horrid! It doesn't even taste like soup! or rather Campbell soup! It was so watery... Well pictures a kinda a little hard to see prob due to the lighting and my camera as well... sorry peeps... Basically everything in Pizza Hut had really deteriorated a lot! Even the garlic bread... it used to be so nice and well delicious... but now... its just taste like bread with butter and a lil of garlic in it... *yuck* Oh... 1 more thing... we had to self service our soup... oh gosh... another sad 1... (soups are not self service... we did it cuz of bad service and we didn't want to wait for 'I dunno how long' to get our soup)

Ok... Pizza arrived... sad looking pizza though... it was almost flat, very minimal cheese, i can't even really taste the cheese... it was just like any ordinary cheese. Well we did ordered a plain 1 though... but still it didn't look like the picture advertised. Is it an advertising gimmick where it cons people to eat it and it doesn't turn out as what it seems in the ad?

Well... there would be no more another time at Pizza Hut for me though... sigh.... how disappointing though...oh well.... Well that is my experience at Pizza Hut... If I were to choose pizza to eat... I would choose either Domino's or Canadian Pizza, not Pizza Hut... it is not worth the trouble at all....
