I feel very disappointed with the way how a certain company works. I have already done so many things for the company but sadly nothing good has come out of it. Everything seems to be still on my shoulders even though I had left the company almost a month now.
The people who used to work under me is pressuring me for their pay when I had already send their payment (almost 2 months back!) It isn't fair that I'm getting calls and messages from my previous Brand Ambassadors. According to their (The company) contract, it is stated that there will be 30-60 days waiting period for their pay to be out. But now... its almost time up...
Its times up...! Honor your word and pay them please...! You as a company that has been around for more than 10 years should know what is best for your company and not do such things! What a disgrace... What a shame that I had once called The company as the company i used to work for...
It would bad for the company if there were any lawsuits for them, it would draw attention your clients and it would be bad repo... They owe so many people so much money! Why can't they just pay up instead of keep pushing it aside every time there are urgent matters! Isn't paying your previous BA & employees urgent matter? If it isn't then I have nothing to say except good luck to you!
You present your company as so shiny and good on the outside but once you are in it.. its like shit piling up every single minute! Shame on you!!
