• Question #1: How long does it take you to have a bowel movement?

Less than 60 seconds More than two minutes

Answer: Healthy bowel movements happen within 60 seconds of sitting on the toilet. The stool should easily come out without straining, grunting or any discomfort. It should have the consistency of toothpaste. If you have time to read a newspaper while sitting on the toilet—you probably have a problem with constipation or poor bowel health.

• Question #2: What is the shape of your stool?

Long like a banana, round, hard pellets, thin pencil-shaped

Answer: Healthy stool averages about four to six inches long and are shaped like a banana or a torpedo. Very narrow, pencil-shaped stool is a sign your colon walls are impacted or you have polyps or growths on the inside of your colon or rectum. This causes the stool to squeeze to get through. Stress can also create narrow stool.

Hard, round or pellet-shaped stool is a possible sign of poor liver function, lack of exercise, dehydration or constipation.

• Question #3: Is your stool accompanied by foul odor?

Yes / No

Answer: Gas or odor is a sign of a bacterial imbalance in your intestinal flora. The "bad" bacteria release foul-smelling gases and toxins that can cramp your colon and create embarrassing odors. You can eliminate this odor by removing debris and encrusted feces from the walls of your intestines and restoring the balance in your intestinal flora.

• Question #4: What color is your stool?

Yellow,Green,Brown ,Gray,Black, Bright red

According to Mayo Clinic research, all shades of brown and even green are considered normal stool colors. And the foods you eat can affect the color of your stool. For example, beets, tomato juice, blueberries, popsicles and green leafy vegetables can affect your stool color. However, a distinct change in stool color can be a warning sign for health problems.

Yellow-colored stool indicates your food is moving too quickly through your digestive tract—as in the case of diarrhea. If stool is greasy or foul-smelling, it may indicate excess fat caused by malabsorption of nutrients.
Green-colored stool means your food isn't properly being processed through your intestines. As a result, bile isn't broken down—and gives your stool that green color. Green stool can also mean you're eating too much sugar, fruits and vegetables and not enough grains or salt.

Gray or ashy colored stool indicates undigested fats or heavy use of prescription or over-the-counter drugs that contain aluminum hydroxide. It can also indicate a lack of bile in the stool that may be caused by a bile duct obstruction.

Black stool is a serious warning sign for bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract—possibly the stomach.

Bright red stool may indicate bleeding in the lower intestinal tract—possibly the large intestine or rectum. Hemorrhoids may also be the source of the bleeding.

• Question #5: Do you pass gas while you're having a bowel movement or have you noticed air or bubbles in your stool?

Yes / No

Answer: Air or bubbles in stool can indicate an intestinal imbalance. Gas producing bacteria may be overgrowing and competing with the healthier flora in your gut.

Please know this: A normal bowel movement happens within 60 seconds of sitting on the toilet.
There should be no straining, pain, bleeding or foul odor accompanied with your bowel movements.
And wiping afterwards should be easy and simple—using just one or two pieces of toilet paper!

Our world...

When the Decepticons arrived on earth disguised as any common vehicles that are used daily. No one

could tell the difference.. till they transformed... Even the army couldn't help us.. no one could help us.. the only person that could help us was the Autobots..

They came.. they saw... and they defeated the Decepticons one at a time, but it wasn't enough.. the

decepticons pulled back and would one day return... for the mean time.. our world was quiet.. too quiet..

In order to protect the world... there must be a leader (Optimus Prime) to defeat Megatron.. and well soldiers...! I would have to say that my favorite Autobots is Bumble Bee... Who won't love him or it? its so cute...!! With all the yellowness...

And well if Megatron were to attack again, well the main person he would usually aim for its Sam Witwicky, therefore Bumble Bee would always be there to protect him. Well for now its not only that Sam is in trouble, its the whole world!!

I would send myself for some modification, not in terms of how the exterior looks like when in a car mode, but rather the gadgets, the guns, grenades, and some

awesome weapons...!! Well with all the cool moves that can be done by me (bumble bee) i'l be able to shoot to kill, of course with a good targeting system or just with a sharp eyes.. just don't get shoot...!!

Protect all and kill all Decepticons to gain world peace again.. And also to take revenge on what they had done to Jazz...

Protect all humans, big and small.. If possible, send out some scouts to search for threats.. or remaining decepticons, to make sure that world peace really can be achieve!

Imagine, not transforming into a car.. but what if transform into a bird.. a parrot or eagle.. something not to.. well.. obvious.. Mobile phone is also possible...

The New Myvi of 2011

Perodua Myvi has been around for about 5 years now? And it won so many awards for being the best selling compact car! And now Perodua has did it again!! A new Myvi is heading the roads...! Well not now.. but in June 2011.

The new Myvi (in which it would not be the same name) would be revealed to Malaysians in June 2011. According to a reliable source, the price range of the car would be around RM50k.. well i myself am not sure of the pricing, but so far its what I managed to gather.

Some of you may think... "What is the difference between the old myvi and the new Myvi?" right? Well... The body of the vehicle is tougher, slightly a lil smaller than the current model, but still spacious... and its cute...!

Colors..

The color of the car is still the same as the current Myvi (Black, Ivory white, medallion grey, pearl white, silver) only thing is there is a new colour.. its Purple.. well from what i heard, its darker than the purple on the Alza. I myself have not seen the color yet.

Normal or premium is 1.3L where else the sport model is 1.5L but pricing is definitely different! 1.3L is RM50K (should be the price of premium) and 1.5L is about RM60K...

Well I would say the last choice... It will make no difference if you would just sit at one corner and just take and take and not do anything... its sad... so yea.. am and was in that position... i'm not gonna back down if someone or something hinders my way...! And its not going to be an easy fight! so be it! I don't care...!

What hurts the most...

Well I have seen so many friends around me getting hurt due to a few reasons, but recently I myself also had experienced hurt... it really hurt so much that one person can do such damage, jst by using the mouth. But honestly... i wold have to say that the mouth is the worst hurt that anyone can get, a paper cut can't even match it at all!

Well... this is how everything starts i guess... all the gossips, all the bad rumors.. it truly hurts... and worst hurt is not to know what is going on with the person that you care about the most! That is worst Imagine knowing someone for quite some time, then suddenly that person just stops talking to you. It hurts...

I myself am curious on what is really going on.. how can one be so... (can't seem to find the word...) normal yet not normal... I have no idea what i just said.. anyway.. its just how i feel anyway... Life is never fair... but there is always someone suffering out there... And that person suffering should not be him... for he is such a nice guy, happy and everything...

Now its all stripped away... All i can see now is an empty shell walking around, its sad to see that in him. It hurts actually..

I want to be there for you, but I kind of feel awkward.. but I do hope that my presence, your friends and family will always be there to cheer you up. Don't be sad.. Don't think of the past.. slowly start to live on.. don't leave pieces of you behind. Its dangerous... You'll never know what will happen to the parts that are left behind..

Honestly.. I do want to see the happy cheerful you again... but time will tell... Time will heal.. its just for you to make the first step. But I understand what you are going through now, its not easy.. its never easy to go through this kinds things.. The hardest move to do or make is to walk away... cuz sometimes we just can't seem to let it go!

That is what hurts the most!

Living in the past

Living in the past, where I would personally say that it is dangerous, for firstly it causes harm to oneself, it definitely makes the person age faster due to stress, and well... generally almost everything bad comes with it.

Well i had personally encountered a few sad souls that still lives in the past. I deeply sadden me to see such person out there. But there is nothing that can be done, unless the person themselves realize it. If there is no realization, it would be very sad. I would have to admit that i personally hold a grudge and today i realize to myself, why should i hold such grudges? It harms my soul.. therefore i learn to let it go.. not easy but yea... learn to let go. That is the best way to do. =D

Lean to forgive and forget. That would be the best way to let go of the past. Don't torture your own soul just because of a grudge.. its sad...

Meanwhile, GoTo123 went to the member menu and began to search for her profile. When it came up, he highlighted it and printed it out. He took out a pen and began to write down what he knew about Angel so far.

smiled when she looked at him. He didn't look scary and she quickly dismissed the sudden fear she had felt..

After the game, he sat on a bleacher while she talked to the coach.. She noticed his smile once again as she walked past him. He nodded and she smiled back. He noticed her name on

the back of her shirt. He knew he had found her.

Quietly, he walked a safe distance behind her. It was only a few blocks to Shannon 's home, and once he saw where she lived he quickly returned to the park to get his car.

Now he had to wait. He decided to get a bite to eat until the

time came to go to Shannon 's house. He drove to a fast food restaurant and sat there until time to make his move.

Shannon was in her room later that evening when she heard voices in the living room

" Shannon ,

come here," her father called.. He sounded upset and she couldn't

imagine why. She went into the room to see the man from the ballpark sitting on the sofa.

"Sit down," her father began, "this man has

just told us a most interesting story about you."

Shannon sat back. How could he tell her parents anything? She had never seen him before today!

"Do you know who I am, Shannon ?" the man asked..

"No," Shannon answered.

"I am a police officer and your online friend, GoTo123."

Shannon was stunned. "That's impossible! GoTo123 is a kid my age! He's 14. And he lives in Western Australia !"

The man smiled. "I know I told you all that, but it wasn't true.. You see, Shannon , there are people on-line who pretend

to be kids; I was one of them. But while others do it to injure kids and hurt them, I belong to a group of parents who do it to protect kids from predators. I came here to find you to teach you how dangerous it is to talk to people on-line. You told me enough about yourself to make it easy for me to find you. You named the school you went to, the name of your ball team and the position you played. The number and name on your jersey just made

finding you a breeze."

Shannon was stunned. "You mean you don't live in Western Australia ?"

He laughed.. "No, I live in Abbbotsford . It made you feel safe to think I was so far away, didn't it?"

She nodded.

"I had a friend whose daughter was like you. Only she wasn't as lucky. The guy found her and murdered her while she was home alone. Kids are taught not to tell anyone when they are alone, yet they do it all the time on-line. The wrong people trick you into

giving out information a little here and there on-line. Before you know it, you have told them enough for them to find you without even realizing you have done it. I hope you've learned a lesson from this and won't do it again. Tell others about this so they will be safe too?"

That night Shannon and her Dad and Mom thanked God for

protecting Shannon from what could have been a tragic

situation.

Tips on treating burns... with egg white

One hopes never to be needing it, but just in case:...

A simple but effective way to treat burns with the help of egg white.

This method is used in the training of firemen.

When sustaining a burn, regardless the degree, the first aid is always placing the

injured part under running cold water till the heat subsides.

And next spread the egg white over the injury.

Someone burned a large part of her hand with boiling water. Despite the pain she held

her hand under running water, then took two eggs, parted the yolk from the egg white

and slightly beat the egg white and put her hand in it. Her hand was so badly burned

that the egg white dried and formed a white film. Later she heard that the egg is a

natural collagen.

And during the next hour layer upon layer, she administered a white layer on her hand.

That afternoon she didn't feel any more pain and the next day there hardly was a red

mark to see. She thought she would have an awful scar but to her astonishment after

ten days there was no sign of the burn, the skin had it's normal colour again!

The burned area had been totally regenerated thanks to the collagen, in reality a

What do you think of when anyone says the word 'dummy'? Well... i'm guessing... a doll? haha!! Well it could be very well anything, depending on the person's thinking, how correct or rotten it is, but any hows.. it may also mean stupid... haha!! But honestly, no one is that mean to call anyone stupid or dummy for no reason.. so yea..

Oh well.. there are many dummy's in the world today. Some are even really smart enough to actually believe other people... that is call gullible... haha!! or 'katak di bawah tempurng'. I'm sorry to say this but hope that those who are like that should try to explore more! be more adventurous or even more sporting... or just plain crazy! hehe...

As part of my line of work, i'm required to drive many types of vehicles, and mend many equipments and people under me... and one thing i gotta say... 'I'm loving it"!! Well... not the Mc'Donalds tagline, but mine... hehe... well its true, if you love the job, you will be happy in the job. =)

So people... enjoy what you do... and you will get paid well with much appreciation and also with a stress free work life...! (Don't we all want that? haha!!)

The Ugly Truth...

Sadly... its not about the movie, rather it about the truth that is out there. You know what it says right? The truth would set you free? Well apparently this truth does not set you free. It just hurts you!

Well the truth behind it all.. you did watch cheaper by the dozen right? Well the story is somewhat like that.. Only thing there was not any dozen? There is only one... The one represented the dozen... Sad but true...

Oh well... life has its ups and downs, but for this story? There is only downs. No ups. Well there is ler.. only for that person. But that person had made it in such a way that it had ruined what ever she had wanted to do... but i still really wonder... what is the motive? what was it? a grudge? some uneasy feeling? I've no idea... oh well...

Depends on how you would look at it. To me.. its an utter betrayal of friendship... that was to say never there from the start. Sad but true... Oh well... its really up to that person now. Not my choice of decision... but that person. Life is always unfair... remember that!

Don't go crying to your friends (if have any or many) or even your folks. But run to the person in the mirror... see who you are... see the person you had become... realize it before its too late... well not saying that its late to realize.. but rather... its way way pass the point of return right now.. so.. yea.. think about your future... not everyone will be there to hold your hand and listen to all your bullcrap for long... it wold have to stop somewhere...

So stop being who you are now and start growing up, start o come out of that skin and be matured... not everyone would actually be able to do that or even get past that level. But i guess you are just too naive.. to see that... haha! start to get out of your comfort zone and realize that the world is bigger than it seems. Its no longer playland... so grow up!

Truth # 3

We live in a world that is ever competing... never the same i would say. Its always different. Any hows... well... the truth will always hunt you! muahaha...!!

Well.. its not easy trying to control one group and trying to control yourself from going crazy from what the group is doing... so yea.. it ain't easy! But its life.... haha!!

Oh well.. we all can't control how people do and say... so yea.. its up to their conscious to think for them. Believe who you want to believe.. but don't go running for help after that. It may seem evil, but you ask for it... too bad... too sad... lol..!!

I now know who to trust and who not to trust.. later i don't wanna go trusting people who end up trying to bite my head off... that is really sad...

I am still wondering what is the matter with people? is it because they listen to rumors from people who they think are trustworthy they would believe them... what about listening to the other party? i guess that don't come by that easily no more... for i have observed that there are still some individuals who would still like to talk behind people's back rather than confronting them. Oh well... its a pretty sad world!

Well if you would have say it in my face it would be fine... but by going around the mulberry bush.. yo have no doubt made yourself to be rotten... heck... you have created a bad impression on yourself to others...! Not my fault there.. but yours..

Think twice before you do anything... heck...! think a thousand millions of times before you leap... but of course, plz check the depth before leaping... haha!! Don't want you getting yourself hurt.. but den again... not my problem... haha!! your fault...

Truth # 1

Well... life is all not that simple when there is someone who would always want to bring you down... not just a mere friend... but rather a very close friend.. imagine how much it hurts... its like a piece of your skin being pealed off layer by layer... doesn't that hurt so bad?

Well... it began when my friend started to act like she know everything.. like she was the genius... but she wasn't...

The truth is that she thinks she knows so much that even have the guts to shoot people down when they are right... she is so... well rotten... lol...! When i knew her... she was alrit... but as years passes by... her attitude had gotten worst and worst till most of us couldn;t take it anymore. But i decided to give her a chance to see if she had really changed? I got her into my project. As time passes and days passes... she slowly turned my team against me... and wow... she is such a rotten apple! What have i ever done to her? Nothing!!

Well I have picked her up to college... and get allowance of RM10 or RM50 for the month... Oh.,.. don;t forget that i had to drive a manual 11 seater van in which i had never done before... and well its been 7 yrs since i drove a manual car... a car not a van yea... and well with the weight of 11 people in the van is bad enough... sigh... oh well... i managed ler... and someone had to always complaint!!

Why she use such a long way? The answer is.. I didn't choose it... it was my colleague who asked me to use that way.. she doesn't know the truth yet she wanna shoot people. Yes... i have ears and eyes behind my HEAD....!!

Then when we started working.. complaint again... every little things also complaint... why don't you just come to my face and say it to my face rather than just talking behind my back? And you call yourself a Christian? OMG...!! You have just violated one of the biggest no-no of the bible....! muahaha...!!

Not forgetting... she had talked so much things behind my back.. and my bf's back... and wow... she has done a really good job.... in loosing a job opportunity and friends... haha!!! *applaud*

Congrats to you... and what ever you do in the future... don't ruin my life or my bf's life or even any of my friend's life.... cuz you are such pain in the ars!!

A long history....

The story begins not so very long ago... there lived a little chili padi. She had many friends, but in particular she had 2 friends that are ever so close to her... they were apple and strawberry. The 3 were great friends... since.. well.. not so long ago!

When they reach at the fruit stall... there was where they met... and well became best of friends! and yea... the story went on...

Well.. it came upon a winter night, where chili padi had done something very wrong towards strawberry and apple. They both had forgiven her the first time... but then again... she made the same mistake again! Well... no turning back... or as they say..."once bitten... twice shy..." well... it was hard to forgive her...

And the worst is yet to come...!! And well... it was still winter and on the unfaithful day... of one winter day... she had spread so much rumors that had turned everyone against apple and strawberry... and well... to cut it short... she did mentioned so many things that cannot be taken back.. so yea.. her mouth is very sharp that it had hurt them so much that she will never ever be trusted again...! hence her name had changed... from being just chili padi... it had turned rotten...

Seriously... OMFG...!!

Even the people who believed her... are all stupid... and i'm sorry to say this... but the generation today are getting so stupid and gullible that everything they believe and trust without even blinking an eye... And i can't believe she actually did it... ruined my work...! sigh... oh well... she is an idiot...!! as well as those who believed her... seriously people... 1 thing i gotta say.... G-R-O-W U-P..!!!!
