Its simple.. It is obvious that the ppl in the hse is looking for ppl who would want to rent a room. It does have a phone number (some of the number has been erase due to privacy matters) and lastly... the mistake.. (4-6pm only).
Does it mean that they can call from that time or rent the room from the stated time? Well you decide...
